I hereby require the Owner of Consignee of the above named vessel to give a several bond to the people of the State of New York, in a penalty of THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS for each and every one of the aliens passengers reported herein, pursuant to the Laws of this State, passed May 5th, 1847, and April 11th, 1849: and if the said owner or consignee shall commute for the bonds so required, by paying to the Health Commissioner of the City of New York the sum of ONE DOLLAR AND FIFTY CENTS for each and every passenger reported herein then and in that case and in addition hereto, I require that for each of the following persons to wit: ___________________________________ a Bond being given pursuant to the Third Section of the Act of the Legislature of this State, entitled "An Act to amend certain Acts concerning passengers coming to the City of New York", passed April 11th, 1849.
