  • J. N. Hoffmann’s, Genealogy of the Emigrants from Bukovina in Lapa, Brazil
    1. In 1889 the city of Lapa (Paraná state, south of Brazil) received the first emigrants from Bukovina, which was part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
    2. Many of their descendants live in the city today.
    3. The purpose of these pages is to allow the descendants      an easy access of the genealogical data of these emigrants.
