This manifest was donated to ISTG by James May Jr., who wrote this
short history of his family:

My grandfather Josef Stabryla was born 17 March 1888 at Brzozow Poland
(Austria-Hungary). The next record is this ship manifest showing that
Jozef was travelling with Piotr Hrytsenko both listing their last
permanent residence as Grabowka, Austria (Poland). There remaining
their nearest relatives Wawrzyniek Stabryla and Gabriel Hrytsenko.
Their destination was the home of Anton Hrytsenko in Elizabeth N.Y.
Jozef stayed in N.Y. until July 1913. He then moved to New Boston,
Penna., near Pottsville, where he worked as a coal miner for the New
Boston/Morea Colliery. Sometime between 1913 and 1917 Jozef married
Mary Wieszcak who was born in Godva, Austria (Poland). They had 5
children, Victor, Frank, Mary, Helen and Jozef. Jozef Stabryla was
naturalized 13 March 1922.
Jozef was burned severely in a mine gas explosion March 11, 1927. He died 16 March 1927, age 39. Mary Wieszcak Stabryla died July 7, 1937 of Post Encephalitic Chorea, age 40.
