Manchuria, from Honolulu, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that all the aliens embarking at an insular port are listed on the within manifests, and that, according to the best of my knowledge and belief, the information in said Lists or Manifests concerning each of said aliens named therein is correct and true in every respect. LIST OR MANIFEST, OF ALIEN PASSENGERS FROM U.S. INSULAR POSSESSION, FOR THE UNITED STATES IMMIGRATION OFFICER AT CONTINENTAL PORT OF ARRIVAL. Required by the regulations of the Secretary of Commerce and Labor of the United States, under Act of Congress approved February 20, 1907, to be delivered to the United States Immigration Officer by the Commanding Officer of any vessel having such passengers on board upon arrival at a continental port in the United States. Columns represent: (1) No. on List. (2) NAME IN FULL, Family Name, Given Name. (3) Age. (4) Sex. (5) Nationality (Country of which citizen or subject). (6) Race or People. (7) Time of entering Insular Posession*. (8) Country of whence Alien entered Insular Possession. (9) Final Destination (State, city, or town, if within the United States; country, if outside the United States).

Adela Torre, Jr., Inspector Transcriber's Notes: * Column No. 7 "Posession" is spelled with one "s" Information on passengers 1 thru 7 on cabin list and 1 thru 8 on second class list are in one handwriting; passengers 8 thru 10 on cabin list and 9 and 10 on second class list are in another handwriting; passengers 11 thru 13 on cabin list are in yet another handwriting. The ? indicates a letter that cannot be read on passenger No. 9 in cabin. The ? in column 4 indicates the sex was obliterated by a check mark. **Second class passenger No. 4, the 6 was underscored to indicate months, and also on passenger No. 8, the 8 was underscored to indicate months. Passenger No. 10, second class, was crossed out. There is a "TAX" stamp on passengers No. 9 and 10 on the cabin list. There is a capital "T" written on passenger No. 8 on the cabin list.
