Transcriber's Notes:
#10 looks like F, but probably should be T.
#21 listed as female.
#24 written Sealy, but possibly it was Scully,
like the passenger a few down on the list, Catharine Scully.
#25 Colligan here, spelled Calligan for next passenger.
#43 surname as found; possibly should be Dunn,
like the next passenger on list.
#49 either ss or f.
#50 possibly Stevens or Stearns.
#88 could be P or R.
#104 surname as found.
#106 first name as found, probably should be Phillip.
#112-113 letter could be c or e.
Correspondence 05/13/02 passengers #24 & 28 Scully
I believe I found my great -great grand parents arriving on the "Brig
Victoria", from Cork to Boston, on May 25,1847. They would be:
Catherine Scully & Michael Sealy (corrected to Scully by transcriber).
They settled for a short time in Quincy, Mass. before moving on to the
Coal Regions of PA. M.L. Scully
National Archives and Records Administration, Film M277, Reel 22.
