I, Thos. W. Sawyer, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the R.M. Steamship Treviot, whereof I am Master, from St. Thomas. Sworn to this 30th April 1855. So help me God, Thos. W. Sawyer. Before me ? Calhou??er

Transcriber's Notes:     
 Passenger #1 - I was not absolutely sure about the first letter of 
   his surname.
 No other occupations were listed other than for passenger #1 and that
   was Superintending Engineer.
 Nothing was entered in the space for "Country which they intend to 
   inhabit" on passengers #1,14,15,16,17 & 21
