I, C De Jolly do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New York, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the French Ship St Martin whereof I am master from Havre So help me God. Signd*(1) C De Joly*(2). Sworn to, the 10th Feby 1820 Before me, in Kearney DC.
LIST OR MANIFEST of all the Passengers taken on board the French Ship St Martin whereof C De Jolly is master from Havre Burthen 255 68/74Tons.
Columns represent: name, age, sex, occupation, countryto which they belong, country which they intend to inhabit.

Transcriber's Notes:

* The age column was broken down into years and months. A number was not
  indicated in the month column for any of the passengers so it was
  eliminated.
* There were no deaths on this passage, therefore the death column has
  been eliminated.
* The use of an * indicates an omission or error made by the original
  recorder.

 *1 - Signd - The word signed did not have an "e" in it.
 *2 - De Joly - These signatures contained only one "l".
 *3 - The Surname could also be Delassie
 *4 - The surname could also be Chappelle
