Transcribers Notes:
Name of ship was written in first dash on declaration & List description
only, other areas this would normally be written in only had the letters
S.S. in them.
The name of the witness of the passenger list is mostly a scrawl but the first letter is a W followed by more scrawls then another W and ending in ger.
There were no deaths on this voyage so that column has been left out.
The country of origin of the first three passengers has many un-readable letters but above them is written the following abbreviation; Eng, I understand this to mean they originated in England. The second word which begins with the letter R is also and abbreviation of a longer word on the original passenger list.
Merchant Marine was abbreviated in the following manner, Merch Marine.
Collier is defined in the dictionary as: "a coal miner".
I beleive Wm. to be an abbreviation of William.
