Leading "s", this is probably passengers
Note that this document appears to have been written completely by the same person, and the Captains name is spelt two ways, Borum and Bourm.
Appears to be Ports, but is crossed out and above it is hand printed Rebecca Francis ????? Sept. 4, 1833 Mark (underlined) - City (circled).
4 has a scrawled line after it could be "th".
Jefse, could be using Leading "s", could be Jesse.
