These are to Certify that the annexed is a true copy of the Report and Manifest of the Ship North Star whereof Benedict is Master, from Liverpool entered at this Port this day of ----------as exhibited on Oath, by said master that no part of said Cargo hath been unladen in this district. Report and Manifest of the Cargo laden on board of the Ship North Star whereof Isbon Benedict is Master, which cargo was taken on board at Liverpool burthern 3922 tons, built at Phildelphia in the state of Pennsylvania and owned by Isaac Lloyd & Isaac Lloyd Jr. Merchant at Philadelphia as per register granted at Phildelphia the 19th day of October and bound for Phildelphia.
