DISTRICT OF PHILADELPHIA
I, Nathan Crowell, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the Report or Manifest, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Philadelphia, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the passengers which were on board the Ship Hull, at the time of her sailing from the port of Bordeaux or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present and have been during the voyage the master of the said vessel. And I do likewise swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest, are to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. So help me God. Sworn before me, this 5 day of March, 1832 J. ????, Collector .
Report or Manifest of all the Passengers on board the Ship Hull whereof Nathan Crowell is Master, from Bordeaux, burthen of 295 ??/?? tons and owned by Jno. Barnes of Boston and bound for Philadelphia.
Columns represent: Names, Age, Sex, Occupation, To what country belonging, Country of which it is their intention to become inhabitants, Number and names of passengers who have died on the voyage.

Transcriber's Notes:
No passengers died on the voyage, so the column is not included.
???? The last name of the Collector appears to be abbreviated; it could be Rog. or Reg. but the handwriting is very light and cannot be read with certainty.
??/?? after 295 looks like 56/95
