Brig Hugh Wallace
I, B. Winder, master or commander of the bg. Hugh Wallace, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear, that the within list signed by me and now delivered to the Collector of this District, contains the names of all the Passengers, taken on board the said brig at the port of Liverpool or at any time since, and that all matters therein set forth, are, according to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true; I do further swear that none of the said passengers, have died on the voyage.

Fletcher: was not the abbreviation for Thomas as were following 2 names. 2 Simones: destination was very difficult to read. 10 Micael as found. 13 Dur?y: probably Durby, possibly Durly. 16 L?nson: either Lanson or Lunson.
