88 Miss E. Hitchcock - looks like age of 14 entered first then over-written with 9 and
a plus sign put in months column. There is also an entry at far right, looks like
a word (????) then 2 then another word (???????). The last word seems to be 2 words, "dies ????"
(guessing at word, but starts with di). A date follows "? Jan /79". This appears to be date
of death based on last note below. The day is unreadable, but had to be after the 7th.
97 and 98 Last name could be Pareout
102 Last name could be Pgyvan or Phyvans or Peyvano or Pezvano. First letter is P, and last letters are van?

appear to represent a count.
At bottom of last page a count of 146 is entered. A note under it is "1 dies No 88."
Then an entry of "145 Total" is entered under the note. See note for 88 above.
The letter "x" is entered at the far right of the page as if a check off. All of the Saloon
