PORT OF PHILADELPHIA
I, Chas. M. Bartleson* do solemnly, sincerely, and truly Swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Philadelphia, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the passengers which were on board the Ship Delaware at the time of her sailing from the port of Liverpool or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present and have been during the voyage master of the said vessel. And I do likewise Swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest, are to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. So Help Me God Chas. M. Barttisin*.

REPORT OR MANIFEST of all the Passengers taken on board the Ship Delaware whereof Chas. M. Bartleson is Master, from Liverpool burthen 412 Tons and owned by Thos. E. Walker & Co. of Philadelphia and bound for Philadelphia.
Columns Represent: Names, Age, Sex, Occupation, To what Country belonging, Country of which it is their intention to become inhabitants.

States of America Transcriber's Notes: * An asterisk indicates an error on the part of the original recorder, not the transcriber, or is used to call your attention to additional information in the transcriber's notes. ? Indicates a letter or number which could not be determined due to the condition of the manifest or handwriting of the original recorder. * Bartleson and Barttisin given as Master's name. * In Barttisin the "i's" were not dotted. * The name of the Collector could not be read. * Column for deaths was eliminated, since there were no deaths reported. Passenger numbers have been added for ease in referencing. 1 H. H. Battersby listed no age nor occupation. 2 Simis?er the "?" looks like a "t" that has not been crossed. 3 The ? in cu?ler looks like a "t" that has not been crossed.
