Correspondence 04/28/03 passengers #34-40 Haddock I was so happy to find my grgrgrandparents today on the ships list. They are listed on the S.S. Arragon September 30, 1876. I can help you with some corrections as some lines were unable to be read. Lines 34-40 are the family. John Haddock was my grgrgrandfather. His wife Elizabeth Saunders Haddock. Robert Haddock was actually Robert Fickling, an adopted son. My grgrandmother was Margaret Haddock. Her sister Frances Haddock. Line 39 should read Gwen or Gwennie Haddock who was a female not male. Line 40 is Mary Ann Haddock (M.A.) who is also a female not male. The family came from Wales although the ship's registry says England. All of them were born in South Wales. The family settled in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Margaret married Harry (Henry) Hoff and they had seven children. Margaret Saunders Haddock is buried in Columbia, PA. Margaret Haddock Hoff is buried in Lititz, PA. Dave de SR
